EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “Integrated Approach to Climate Change in Rice Production System in Nigeria – GIAE-InCC Programme” financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany and the European Union, would like to procure via a “Negotiated Award Procedure “the following Agroforestry Tree Seedlings in Six (6) Lots to be distributed within Nigeria.

| Lot 2 | 7,000 Units of Banana & Plantain (Improved Sucker) |
| Lot 3 | 4,000 units of Citrus (Washington) |
| Lot 4 | 3,000 units of Mango (Broken) |
| Lot 5 | 2,000 units of Teak (Improved spp) |
| Lot 6 | 2,000 units of Bush Mango (Improved spp) |
Including delivery.
Accordingly, interested Bidders are invited to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An official letter expressing their interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area.
d. Bank Introductory letter
e. Tax Clearance certificate of the last three (3) years indicating minimum average turnover per year (as applicable) for:
i. Lot 1- 9,500,000 naira
ii. Lot 2 – 10,500,000 naira
iii. Lot 3 – 3,600,000 naira
iv. Lot 4 – 4,050,000 naira
v. Lot 5 – 750,000 naira
vi. Lot 6 – 1,500,000 naira.
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of seedlings with values that add up to minimum of
i. Lot 1- 9,500,000 naira
ii. Lot 2 – 10,500,000 naira
iii. Lot 3 – 3,600,000 naira
iv. Lot 4 – 4,050,000 naira
v. Lot 5 – 750,000 naira
vi. Lot 6 – 1,500,000 naira.
For consideration, all interested bidder should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:
