EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gessellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “Migration for development programme (PMD)” financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure with the following but not limited specification:
200 Units of Industrial straight sewing machine standard coil, table and clutch motor/full kits each.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest
b. Concise Company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area.
d. Bank Introductory letter
e. Evidence of experience with previuous similar jobs (supply and delivery of industrial sewing machines with values that add up to minimum of 50,000,000 naira). Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs
f. Tax Clearance certificate of the last three (3) years indicating minimum average turnover of NGN 75,000,000.00 in the year 2018, 2019 and 2020 (or more recent)
For consideration, all interested bidder should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages.
Only complete document received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday 27th October 2022 by 5pm will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offer, kindly note that complete tender documents would ONLY be sent to qualified firms that express their interest.
