ICAP at Columbia University, New York is a global health leader since 2003, ICAP was founded at Columbia University with one overarching goal: to improve the health of families and communities.
Together with our partners – ministries of Health, large multilaterals, Health Care providers, and Patients we strive to deliver evidence-based public health interventions; high-quality training programs as well as research to assess impact and support policy.
ICAP’s is currently implementing TMEC/RISE, CQUIN and Global Fund DSD projects funded by USAID, CDC and Bill and Melinda Gates in Nigeria. We are in the process of creating database of prequalified vendors and service providers under different lots for the new fiscal year.
This advert seeks to invite interested vendors/suppliers and service provider (including our current and previous suppliers) to submit a written response (“response”) for the provision of the under listed services to ICAP Nigeria. The solicitation provides prospective vendors with the relevant operational and performance requirements. If your organization is interested, please respond to the eligibility requirement for consideration.
Please note that this is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor a commitment from ICAP Nigeria to fund any organizational that responds by sending an expression of interest. ICAP Nigeria will release a detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) to only pre-qualified vendors.

EOI-ICAP-SS-02-22 | Provision of Office Security Guard | The organization must have physical presence in Abuja and will provide professional guards for the country office.They will also be tasked to maintain a vigilant approach to ensure that safety and security of staff and project property. |
EOI-ICAP-SS-02B-22 | Provision of Security Services | The organization would advise and report on the security situation in the country including threats and trends that need to be monitored, by providing support to all staff in the areas of security management, security awareness, contingency planning, and security emergencies. |
EOI-ICAP-TAS-03-22 | Provision of Travel agent services | The organization would provide booking of local and international travel ticket to ICAP staff and be a reputable organization by duly registered with the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and an IATA member. The organization should be able to issue tickets on all Nigerian airlines with no restrictions. |

Expression are welcomed from hotels in all states of Nigeria with reference to the Abuja, Lagos, Niger, Plateau, Cross river, Akwa Ibom, Kaduna, Katsina, Rivers, Adamawa, Gombe and Taraba states |

Such services and required coverage include but is not limited to, property insurance for building, contents, and mobile equipment, group life and vehicle insurance |
EOI-ICAP-HMO-12-22 | Provision of HMO Services | Expressions are welcomed from HMOS with contacts in all states of Nigeria with references to the Abuja, Lagos, Niger, Plateau, Cross river, Akwa Ibom, Kaduna, Rivers, Adamawa, Gombe and Taraba States but should have physical office/presence in Abuja to be considered for the provisions of the following service below· Management of the provision of healthcare services and associated payments for ICAP staff for 24 hours and seven (7) days of the week.· Management of prompt emergency services and accident situation· High quality referral system among health service providers across Nigeria· Provision of medical reports and statistics on usage and coverage· Advisory on healthcare services such as wellness program, epidemics etc· Prompt customer service response. |

TARGETED GEOGRAPHIC AREA:
All organizations expressing their interest should have physical office/presence in Abuja, Nigeria to be considered.
A. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for consideration, interested organizations provide following mandatory details:
1. Profile the organization, Certificate of incorporation, Management structure and Board membership
2. Evidence of previous work successfully completed with similar INGOs/NGOs in Nigeria i.e past or existing service level agreements.
3. Evidence VAT registration
B. EVALUATION AND SELECTION
1. A technical panel will be constituted to review the EOI, and shortlist organizations based on the criteria listed above
2. Only organizations that satisfy the qualification requirements will be pre-qualified and contacted for services

The EOI Number “EOI-ICAP-“-“-22” should boldly written the top right corner of the Pre-qualification submission envelope, while name of organization expressing its interest should also be clearly written on the rear of the envelope.
Late submissions will not be considered or accepted.
Note: This advertisement shall not be construed a commitment the part of ICAP to appoint any organization nor shall entitle any organization claim any indemnity from ICAP. Importantly, all costs incurred bidders because this process and any subsequent requests for information shall be borne by the bidding organizations. This would include any costs incurred during functional demonstrations and subsequent meetings and negotiations.
