The United Nations Secretariat invites interested and qualified contractors / companies to indicate interest by submitting EOI documents for the following works:

The United Nations Secretariat is one of the six major organs of the United Nations, with the others being the General Assembly, the Security Council, the Economic and Social Council, the defunct Trusteeship Council, and the International Court of Justice. The secretariat is the UN’s executive arm.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Expression of Interest (EOI) – Provision of Supply and Delivery of Pre-Engineered Modular Structures and Related After Sales Support Services

Description of Requirements
The United Nations (UN), Department of Operational Support (DOS), operates several field missions in various locations around the world. The missions require pre-engineered modular structures at their facilities, for living/working accommodations.

The purpose of this requirement is for the vendors to design,manufacture, supply and deliver pre-engineered modular structures and corresponding operational/preventative maintenance requirements. The vendor should also provide after sales support services.

N/B: This EOI is a repeat of EOIUNPD 18826 that was issued on 24 Aug 2021. Vendors who have responded to that EOI should not respond to this EOI. The tender package is in its final stages and will be released soon.

Responding to this Request:

  • Interested firms must complete and submit Vendor Response electronically to the attention of: Atul Kaushal via email [email protected] no later than 14 April 2022.
  • The UN reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest documents that are incomplete, or are received after the stated deadline.
  • UN Procurement Division (UNPD) reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The RFP and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations.
