PUBLIC NOTICE
INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLIENTS RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS NATIONWIDE
BACKGROUND
Recent national and global increase in property and safety concerns occasioned by the rate of collapse of building structures across the country with the attendant loss of lives and properties has revealed the need to control and manage the engagement of building contractors in the execution of building projects so as to reduce cases of improper designs, non-adherence to specifications, poor quality materials and inadequate site practices.
Consequently, the management of Adron Homes and Properties Limited is in the process of reviewing the existing Client’s sources of contractors to reflect the current project procurement and building industry realities of profiling registered, competent and accredited building contractors for all works and infrastructure projects in the country.
In this regard, the company within the context of the provisions of procurement principles applicable to private sector transactions (2012) now invites reputable and competent contractors to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) documents for the execution/construction of her Clients’ residential building projects nationwide.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested and existing contractors should submit two (2) bound (EOI) documents duly signed, paginated and arranged in the order outlined hereunder;
i. Evidence of certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Certified True copies of memorandum and articles of association and CAC form CO7;
ii. Evidence of firm’s tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st of December, 2021;
iii. Audited financial statements and management accounts for more recent three (3) years valid till 31st of December, 2021;
iv. Copies of VAT registration with TIN number and evidence of VAT remittance for the last three (3) years
v. Evidence of specific experience in four (4) similar projects executed within the last five (5) years with evidence of letters of award and certificate of job completion, details of job executed should include the followings – Name of project, Brief description and client, scope of work, nature of project, role in contract (Lead contractor, sub-contractor) etc, name and address of related clients referee;
vi. Evidence of firm’s registration with relevant professional body e.g COREN, CORBON, ARCON, CORSON, SURCON etc
vii. Safety, security, Health and Environment (SSHE) policy and evidence of management’s commitment to the policy
viii. Quality assurance and control policy plan along the ISO certification (if available)
ix. Project team including specialist/consultants, organizational chart, list of key personnel with qualifications and relevant experiences,
SUBMISSION OF EOI
The EOI submission include one (1) original copy and three (3) other copies to be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked “EOI-For Clients Building Projects” and submitted not later than two (2) weeks ( i.e 02 Jan. 2023) from the date of this publication to the address below
