USAID Accountability, Transparency, and Effectiveness (State2State) Activity is a five-year project implemented by DAI Global, LLC across six Nigerian States of Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Gombe, and Sokoto. The purpose of State2state Activity is to increase accountability, transparency, and effectives in target states and local government (LGAs) in Nigeria.

TITLE: Request for Quotation – Service Level Agreements for Travel Agent Booking of Flight Tickets for all Dai state2state Staff and Consultants

SCOPE OF WORK
Bidders are required to quote their service charge on best fare round tickets within Nigeria.

A. ELIGIBILITY
Companies are required to meet the following criteria to qualify for bid submission:
• Certify that it and its principal officers are not debarred, suspended, or otherwise considered ineligible for an award by the U.S Government. State2state will not award a contract to any firm that is debarred, suspended, or considered to be ineligible by the U.S Government.
• Bidders must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract with state2state and to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative.
B. APPLICATION CLOSING DATE
August 11, 2022 at 5pm (WAT). Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstance at DAI’s discretion
Deadline for submission of questions and clarifications regarding this procurement is August 05, 2022 at 5pm (WAT). Answers will be shared with all vendors that bid.

D. INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS
The following information must be provided with the quotation:
i. Bidders shall include a statement that the bidder fully understands that their quote must be valid for a period of 90 days
ii. Bidders shall sign and date their quotation
iii. This service is eligible for VAT exemption under the DAI prime contract.
iv. Bidders shall reflect delivery timeline for any ticketing request on their quotes.
v. Bidders shall provide company’s profile with physical address
vi. Bidder shall provide evidence of past performance on similar service done preferably with INGOs
vii. TIN and VAT Registration Documents should be included
