EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT FUR INTERNATIONALE ZUSAMMENARBEIT (GIZ) GMBH; Supporting Sustainable Social Protection, Participation and Economic Resilience in Northeast Nigeria (SEPIN – SUSI). Co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of Germany, would like to procure “Phones” with the following minimum specifications:
- 96 – UNITS OF PHONES
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria and ECOWAS Office with the following:
- Comprehensive company profile
- An official letter expressing interest
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area on electronic equipment.
- A Bank Introductory letter not later than 3 months.
- Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating (minimum) average turnover per year of 25,000,000 naira (as applicable) for: 2020, 2021, 2022 or more recent.
- Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of electronic equipment’s) with values that add up to minimum of 25,000,000 naira. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
