TENDER NOTICE
Malter International is the worldwide humanitarian relief agency of the Sovereign Order of Malta. Its mandate is t provide relief and recovery during and following conflicts and disasters. With more than 60 years of continuous experience, Malter International provides transitional aid and assistance to reduce the risk of future disasters – remaining present long-term at the scene of more protracted crises.
Malter International invites eligible contractors to submit tender for the below listed activity,
- RFQ-MIU-2024-485 – Supply of approx. 2300 NFI kits to Maiduguri and approx. 3,560 carton Multipurpose soap and 3,560 pieces treated Mosquitos net to Pulka, Gwoza LGA.
- RFQ-MIU-2024- 490 – Supply of skill acquisition and startup kits (Tailoring materials, Pasta masking machines/cream making materials etc.) to Maiduguri and Yola.
- RFQ-MIU-2024- 501 – Construction of four (4) Borehole super structures in different LGA’s in Adamawa (Numan, Gutuk, Shelleng. And Yola South LGA’s)
- RFQ-MIU-2024- 525 – Framework agreement for Car rental (SUV and Hilux) in Pulka and Maiduguri Borno State.
- RFQ-MIU-2024- 526 – Framework agreement for Car rental (SUV salon and Hilux) in Adamawa State.
Interested contractors are invited to request the tender documents through [email protected] until Friday 24th January 2025 till 9:00am.
No Hard copies will be issued.
Complete required documents with the Tender Reference Number as indicated in the invitation to bid as the email should be submitted via email to [email protected]
The deadline for submission of complete tender documents will be Friday 31st January 2025 till 9:00Am. Documents submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected.
