The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) invites bids from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of:
- Vehicle Rental Services (for all 36 states and the F.C.T)
- Hotel/Hospitality Services (for all 36 states and the F.C.T)

IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
