MINIMUM SPECIFICATION:
Load space dimensions of a large van:
Length: 3.4 metres
Width: 1.7 metres
Height: 1.7 metres
Payload: 1,200kg to 1,500kg
. Covered/closed body van
· including spare tire
· Petrol or diesel engine
· Power steering and brakes
· Engine size (maximum of 3 liters and 6 cylinders)
· Key with central locking for security
· Minimum of 2003 model
· Automatic or manual transmission system
2. QUOTATION SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
• Vendor is required are to be an authorized dealer for direct foreign used items to be supplied.
• Provide different types, brands and models with consideration to local availability of spare part
• Full specification of the proposed items/goods including engine size and model
• Lead time from the purchase order is issued to when the order is ready for delivery
3. CONTRACT DURATION
At successful delivery of the vehicle(s).
4. ELIGIBILITY
All applicants should provide the following if not previously provided;
• Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax
Identification Number (TIN)
• Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide copy of
supporting documentation).
• Company profile (briefing the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the
physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
• Proof or license to offer required services as given by the appropriate regulatory body (if applicable).
