Call for Vendor at Cedar Foundation for Disability

Cedar Foundation for Disability is currently requesting for expression of interest from qualified, interested and duly registered companies, suppliers, or service providers who would express interest in providing goods or services to our office or warehouse in any of our various locations.

Cedar Foundation for Disability is a non-profit organization that works to support persons with disabilities and special needs through humanitarian, developmental actions and research in situation of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. We are dynamic in our approach and strategy to humanitarian and developmental services for disability inclusion.

The organization has vast experience in humanitarian coordination, management and administration of developmental programmes that promotes disability inclusion and brings together a range of stakeholders including state and non-state actors.

Cedar Foundation for Disability has also demonstrated experience in delivery of effective and sustainable programme aimed at addressing all form of discrimination and marginalization against persons with disabilities and affected population. Also, the organization advocates for the rights of persons with special needs, capacity building, training for Disability inclusion and participation in governance and ownership of policies.

In accordance with procurement best practices, the purpose of this request for expression of interest aims to identify qualified, interested and dully registered companies, suppliers, or service providers from the pool of supplier(s) who would express interest in providing any of the below-listed goods or services to our office or warehouse in any of our various locations.

Please note that the preceding is not exhaustive. Instead, it represents the goods and services that we will likely require.

Important Notice

  • The successful Vendor(s) will sign a Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) with a set price that shall be supported by Memorandum of Understanding ((MoU) for the period of (12) months which may be subject to review.
  • Vendor shall be domiciled in and shall comply with all Government Regulations to operate in Nigeria.
  • Vendor shall be regular taxpayers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration.
  • Vendor shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
  • A vendor may modify or withdraw its EOI after submission, provided that a written notice of modification, including substitution or withdrawal of the EOI is received by the Purchaser prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of expression of interest. Furthermore, no EOI may be modified after the deadline for submission.

Cost of Bidding

  • The Bidder shall be responsible for all cost incurred with the preparation and submission of its bid, and CFfD hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser”, will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process.
  • The Bidder must specify the cost of the items it intends to supply.
  • In the Bid Form and Price Schedule, as well as in all documents, correspondence, and business dealings relating to this tender, all financial rates and quantities must be expressed in Nigeria Naira.

Required Documents

To be eligible to participate, the following documentation is required:

  • Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
  • Valid Tax/VAT Certificate/SCUML Certificate if applicable, etc.
  • Company profile (including list of key personnel, qualification, and experience, locations main office, branches and/or outlets)
  • Price offering sheet
  • Three references, and
  • Any other important documents


The purchaser shall have the right to request explanations from the prospective supplier(s) on any matter that it requires clarification on.

The purchaser shall have the right to discard vendors’ profiles that do not follow the aforementioned.

The Purchaser (CFfD) does not bind itself to accept the lower or any proposal.

Vendors who meet the requirements and are eligible are urged to submit an application.

After screening process, all eligible vendors will be contacted via email.

Applications submitted after the deadline won’t be accepted.
