The TA Community is committed to reducing poverty worldwide, beginning with Nigeria. Our goal is to provide young people with opportunities such as hands-on training, mentorship programs, internships, job opportunities, asset financing, and more. Our mission is to evolve into a global organization dedicated to empowering individuals through education and other essential services. Our initiative aims to secure a prosperous future for youth, emphasizing the values of integrity and hard work. We will also leverage development partnerships to sustain our efforts. To achieve this, we intend to establish collaborative programs with like-minded organizations and non-governmental entities that share our primary objective of preparing youth for the future.

Grace Smile Foundation – We are dedicated to addressing the fundamental needs of men, women, and children in underdeveloped communities across Nigeria and throughout Africa. Our focus aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals 1, 2, 3, and 4, which aim to eliminate poverty, hunger, improve health and well-being, and ensure quality education for all. In the past four years, we have successfully executed impactful projects that have not only brought joy to countless individuals but have also rekindled hope among the sick. These initiatives have played a crucial role in providing practical solutions to the various challenges faced by people living in underdeveloped communities in Lagos, Nigeria.

Details

  • In partnership with the Grace Smile Foundation, the TA Community is actively seeking the perfect candidate to receive a prize of N250,000 along with other valuable benefits.
  • We are looking for an individual who is either currently offering services or has a compelling idea for services catering to children aged 1-5 years. These services can encompass areas such as daycare, educational lessons, language instruction, and more.

Project Objective

  • Our primary objective is to empower individuals who are currently providing or have creative ideas for services that enhance the well-being and development of children in this crucial age group.
  • Through this initiative, we aim to create a positive impact on the lives of these young children, their families, and communities.

Eligibility
We invite individuals who are currently offering services or have compelling ideas in areas such as:

  • Daycare Centers: Creating safe and nurturing environments for young children.
  • Educational Lessons: Developing innovative teaching methods for early childhood education.
  • Language Instruction: Offering language and communication development programs.
  • Other Innovative Services: Any unique initiative aimed at the holistic development of children aged 1-5

Proposal Requirements

  • Executive Summary: Briefly outline the main features of your proposal.
  • Background & Experience: Detail your experience in childcare or related industries.
  • Services Offered: Describe the services that will be offered (e.g., daily care, learning programs, special needs accommodations).
  • Safety Protocols: Outline safety measures, emergency plans, and health protocols.
  • Staffing Plan: Detail the number of staff, their qualifications, and ongoing training programs.
  • Financial Projections: Provide a detailed budget.
  • Timeline: Projected timeline from initiation to launch.

Selection Process

  • A panel of experts from the TA Community and Grace smile Foundation will carefully review all proposals.
  • The selection will be based on creativity, feasibility, potential for impact, and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Available Grant

  • The selected proposal will be awarded a grant of N250,000 along with additional benefits and support.
