Halcon Management Services is looking for dynamic, customer-focused companies to provide support services for a new international standard, multi-specialty acute hospital situated in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.
CATERING SERVICES
The Service provider shall provide a comprehensive catering service to the hospital based on 24hours a day, 3265/6 (three hundred and sixty-five or six) days per year.
The preferred service provider must be prepared to cater for all dietary preferences, including but not limited to religions, culture, vegetarian, with valid certification from respective bodies where applicable.
The quality of food prepared must adhere to acceptable food industry standards and must be prepared in a clean and hygienic manner in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
CLEANING SERVICES
The service provider shall provide a comprehensive cleaning service to the Hospital based on internationally recognized and evidence-based cleaning standards for healthcare facilities.
The service provider shall apply all labour, supervision, consumable materials, equipment, personal protective equipment and each and every item necessary for the provision of cleaning services.
SECURITY SERVICES
The service provider shall provide on a 24 hours a day, 365/6 (three hundred and sixty-five or six) days per year basis, all labour, supervision, equipment and transport to provide an unarmed reaction service within the ambit of the law for the safety and security of staff, patients, visitors, other service providers and their assets on the premises of the hospital and shall protect the Hospital site against theft, vandalism, malicious tampering and criminal damage, whilst at the same time fulfilling a public relationship role.
The successful service provider must have a good track record, references from current and past clients, proof of insurance, licenses and certifications, and be able to deliver efficient, timeous service as stipulated.
