PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY OF LAPTOPS AND TABLETS TO NATIONAL AND STATE OXYGEN DESKS

The Federal Ministry of Health has been charged with leading the COVID-19 case management response with a particular focus on improving Oxygen supply and access. The Global Fund, through the COVID-19 response mechanism, is supporting the country to strengthen the health system’s preparedness to respond to health emergencies like this through the provision of various kinds of life-saving intervention across all levels in Nigeria. The Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) is funded to implement case management and supply chain activities on the COVID-19 response mechanism in Nigeria.
CHAI, as secondary recipient to the National Agency for control of Aids (NACA), is supporting the Federal Ministry of Health to implement the COVID-19 response mechanism (C19RM) grant across 36 states and the FCT in line with project deliverables, CHAI intends to support national and subnational oxygen desks with laptops and tablets for effective coordination and reporting.
CHAI seeks to engage a vendor to procure and supply laptops and tablets to the national oxygen desks, and the oxygen desks in the 36 states and the FCT. The successful vendor will work in close collaboration with CHAI and ministries of health in the project states to plan and execute procurement and delivery of items.
