INVITATION TO TENDER
The Deutsche Gessellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ-GET.Pro-CoM SSA, Financed by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, would like to engage a consultant to provide the services of Urban Lab establishment and implementation in Abuja.
GIZ is pleased to invite proposals from Abuja-based universities that can provide the co-designing, implementing, and facilitating the Urban Lab Process through engaging local stakeholders in consultation with AMAC and COM SSA. The contractor is responsible for providing the following work packages and the accompanying milestones.
1. Urban Lab Planning Phase which shall include road map development updates of the stakeholder map and mobilization of stakeholders.
2. Urban Lab Co-design Phase where the Urban Lap Processes, opportunities and milestones will be defined.
3. Urban Lab Implementation Phase where actionable solutions are co-created.
Interested universities who are interested in bidding can collect the detailed bidding documents and complete terms of reference by sending a request email to [email protected] from 11th August 2023 to 18th August 2023. Request sent after 18th August 2023 won’t be accepted or taken into consideration.
All request email should title email subject as “Request for Tender documents- Urban Lab establishment and Implementation in Abuja-83445422” and sent to the designated email address.
If you are interested and have collected bidding documents, the deadline for submitting a detailed proposal is on or before 24th August, 2023
