TENDER NOTICE
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), invites sealed bids from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of:
• Travel/Flights Ticketing
• Hotel/Hospitality services (for all 36 states and the FCT)
The Request for Proposals (RFP) containing instructions to bidders, Terms of Reference and our Terms & Conditions can be requested by writing an email to: [email protected] as per the schedule below:

Please note that the offers MUST be submitted on or before the above deadline in Hard copies to IFRC Abuja Office at plot 589 TOS Benson Crescent, Utako, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria or ELECTRONIC COPIES sent to the email: [email protected]
Both technical and Financial Offers complete in all respects, in separate sealed envelopes, should be received at the above address or email during office hours from 8:00hrs to 16:00hrs till 3rd September, 2023.
IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
Failure to comply with the instructions laid out in this advert and the RFP may result in disqualification”.
