The FAS LAGOS plans to organize capacity building program in partnership with National Agricultural Seed Council (NASC) to train fifty-four (54) certification officers and twenty-seven (27) seed analysts to ensure they are in tune with standards and protocols for OECD varietal seed certification.
As a result, the expertise and service of an Event Manager who knows how to organize an agricultural trade capacity building event aimed at enforcing agreements, policies and addressing trade barriers for seed sector development. The Event Manager will work with NASC to successfully carry out the Event in Abuja from September 18 to 20, 2023.
