A. BACKGROUND
Family Health International (FHI 360) is not-for-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. With funding the Global Fund, Family Health International (FHI360) is collaborating with Achieving Health Nigeria Initiatives (ANHI) to support the government of Nigeria to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of HIV/AIDS services by building Nigeria’s capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive, prevention, treatment, care and related services in Nigeria.
AHNI is hereby inviting qualified and interested companies to submit sealed quotation for the supply and installation of solar and inverter systems at UMTH in line with the scope of work (SOW) provided in the below weblink;

C. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Tender requirements
i. Company profile: registered address(s), official/functional emails, telephone numbers and point of contact for the company.
ii. Evidence of legal registration documents of the company (CAC, FORM CO7 and FORM CO2)
iii. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
iv. Evidence of Financial capability (most recent signed audited account)
v. Bank reference letter duly signed and addressed to ANHi Procurement Committee
vi. OEM authorization letter or certificate on Solar and Inverter Equipment
vii. Evidence of experience in award(s) and installation of solar and inverter systems of similar scope, complexity, and value within the last 3 years; Bidders must be provide cop(ies) of job orders or contracts as well as proof of delivery(ies).
viii. Financial quotation and requisite commercial terms.
D. EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA
Bidders must ensure that all requested information in (c) are included in the submission documentation. Proposals will be evaluated against the follows:

E. SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS:
Technical Documentation (Criteria 1-7) Financial Quotation including commercial terms (Criteria 8) Must be separated, signed by the authorized representative for those that require the same, properly labeled with your company name on one side of the envelope as well as its content on the other side of the envelope (e.g Envelop 1 – Technical document, envelopes 2- Financial quotation). You are expected to submit these two (2) envelopes inside one bigger envelope, addressed and submit in hard copy to:

F. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BIDDERS
• For clarification on any aspect of this tender, please send an email reflecting RFQ title to [email protected]
• AHNi is valued added tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigerian Tax Laws.
• All proposal document submitted including prices must be valid for a period of six (6) month from the proposal due date. This includes but is not limited to cost, terms, conditions and service level agreements, standard manufacturer’s warranty for various equipment request must apply.
• Please note that this tender can be awarded as whole to one company or split according to LOT and awarded to different companies. Such decision will be subjected to the outcome of the bid process.
• AHNI requires compliance to the policies on protection against sexual exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and the Violence against Persons Prohibitions Act (VAPPA, 2015) from its suppliers and partners. All prospective bidders must be compliant to these important policies.
• A requirement for site inspection/assessment has been available in the scope of work. Only those who conducted the site assessment will be considered for award.
G. CLOSING DATE
All completed proposal documentation must be hand delivered or couriered to the above address on or before Thursday 10th August 2023 at 5:00pm GMT.
