EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ EPSAO” Financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure “Microsoft Licenses” with the following minimum specification:
• Units of volume license for Microsoft Windows 11 Professional and Windows 10 Pro, Volume License – 100pcs; units of volume license for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 – Volume LIC for 100pcs; units of Microsoft Visio Standard Volume License for 10 users; units of Microsoft projects standard volume license for 10 users
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing the GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive Company profile
b. An official letter expressing interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area.
d. A Bank introductory Letter
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating annual average turnover per year of 8, 100,000 Naira (as applicable) for: 2019, 2020, 2021 or more recent.
f. Evidence of experience of previous similar jobs of software deployment, enterprise portal deployment, Microsoft enterprise service deployment; storage cloud service deployment and Microsoft server and server design and deployment with values that add up to minimum of 8,100,000 naira. . Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs.
