The U.S. EMBASSY ABUJA requires a vendor to provide catering services for 600 guests for her National Day Celebrations on Jun 22, 2023.
The menu is as follows:
Pass around small chops hot.
- Beef Slider with caramelized onion and gherkins
- BBQ Chicken Kebab
- Vegetable skewers
- Mac and cheese (waiting for feedback for utensils)
- Potatoes croquette with dips
Pass Around Dessert
- Fruit skewer (waiting for approval to use toothpick)
- Chocolate brownies
- Carrot cake
- Apple Pie with custard sauce
- Lime Tarte
Drinks to be provide by us and to be served by the hotel team. The hotel is also responsible for the provision of team of servers (about 40 servers), tables (about 40 high cocktail tables), 4 bar service station, 4 barware, white linen for the table, red and white flowers on the tables, garbage/waste receptacles, serving utensils, 1000 pieces of highball glass, 100 pieces Red/White glass, 200 Whisky glass, 500 Water glasses.
