We are implementing a project to strengthen court administration and case management systems in Plateau, Nasarawa and Kaduna States.
In fulfilling part of our mandate, we wish to engage a vendor to supply and install metal static racks to be delivered at the Ministry of Justice(s) located in Nasarawa, Plateau and Kaduna State(s) respectively.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Supply and install metal static racks in accordance with the specification below, etc.

Vendors are encouraged to ensure they have a clear understanding of our requirements before submitting their expression of interest.
All applicants must provide the following.
- An expression of interest on your official letter head inclusive of your financial proposal for the items to be supplied.
- A valid Tax Identification Number
- Expected delivery date of the Static racks.
- Warranty conditions
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation/Business Name Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission, MEMART and other CAC applicable documents.
- Proof of 3 similar previous jobs completed with picture samples of previous racks fabricated shared alongside the quotation.
- Verifiable details of physical contact address, mobile phone numbers and email address(es) must be indicated in your expression of interest.
NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Appropriate taxes will be deducted prior to making any payments for the supply and installation of metal static racks supplied.
- As an NGO, PPDC is exempt from the payment of VAT.
- All responses must be submitted via email to [email protected] before close of business, on 14th June 2023.
- Subject heading of email must be SUPPLY AND INSTALL METAL STATIC RACKS
- All quotes must be in Naira (NGN)
- Payment terms: – 100% within 30 days after receipt of goods, submission of payment documentation and satisfactory signoff of completion by CACM Deputy National Coordinator.
- Note all items must be supplied in good condition, and in accordance with specification, otherwise items will be rejected and replaced at the expense of the vendor before acceptance.
- Contract award that will be issued because of this RFQ shall be subject to a satisfactory outcome of due diligence checks on technical capacity to deliver this assignment.
- Delivery date shall be latest 14 days after signing of contract.
- The deadline for submission is Wednesday, 14th June 2023.
