EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gessellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ programme (SKYE) Financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure “FURNITURE ITEMS” with the following but not limited specification:
- LOT 1: 40 units of Non-Swivel office chair, 9 units of single user Table, 10 units of multi-purpose table, 1 unit of information board. Delivery to Ogun State
- LOT 2: 36 units of Non-Swivel office chair, 6 units of single user table, 11 units of multipurpose table, 1 unit of information board. Delivery of Plateau State
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing the GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
- Comprehensive company profile
- An official letter expressing interest.
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area.
- Bank introductory Letter
- Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating (minimum) average turnover per year (as applicable) for 2019, 2020, 2021 or more recent. i. lot – 8,200,000 naira ii. Lot 2- 7,200,000 naira
- Evidence of experience of previous similar jobs (supply and delivery) of IT Equipment with values that add up to minimum of i. lot – 8,200,000 naira ii. Lot 2- 7,200,000 naira. Only third-party evidence will be consideredx not list of similar jobs.
