EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ Programme Migration for Development (PMD)”, financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, would like to procure “IT equipment” with the following minimum specification:
• Lot 1 – 20 units of desktop
• Lot 2 – 2 units of 3 in 1 printer
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An Official letter expressing interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT.
d. Bank introductory letter,
e. Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years indicating (minimum) average turnover per year (as applicable) for;
Lot 1- 20,000,000 naira ii. Lot 2 – 2,000,000 naira;
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT Equipment with values that add up to minimum of i. Lot 1- 20,000,000 naira ii. Lot 2 – 2,000,000 naira; only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs/reference.
For consideration for the tender, all interested consultants should submit the aforementioned documents either as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja labeled
“Expression of Interest 91172228”
Your complete documents should not be more than 15 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated no later than Thursday 25th May 2023 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
