UNITED NATIONS CHILDRENS FUND (UNICEF) CONSTRUCTION ADVERT
a. BACKGROUND
The United Nations children’s funds (UNICEF) in collaboration with the federal government of Nigeria wants to upgrade/ renovation of 22 medical warehouses in compliance to pharma grade warehouse standards spread in these locations (Abuja, Adamawa, Akwa ibom, Anambra, delta, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Bombe, Imo, Jigawa, Kaduna< kano, Katsina, Lagos CMS, Lagos FMS, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Plateau, Yobe) in 21 Nigerian states.
UNICEF Nigeria is hereby seeking qualified construction companies registered in Nigeria with demonstrable experience to visit our UNGM (United Nations General Market) with RFP 9182271 and express their interest to participate in the building process. Terms Of Reference (ToR) Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and design drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical). Relating to the projects are available upon expressing interest to participate read the attached (ToR) on the UNGM website.
INTRESTED BIDDERS SHOULD PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING TIMELINE
a) The bid is launched today 25th April 2023
b) All interested bidders are expected to send an email of expression of interest to [email protected] and [email protected] on or before COB on 2nd May 2023
c) All bidders who have expressed interest in the project are expected to participate in a hi-bid pre-bid conference which would hold on the 4th May 2023
d) All bidders are expected to submit all queries to [email protected] and [email protected] on or before COB on 9th May 2023.
e) Response to all queries would be shared with all vendors on 11th May 2023 at UNGM.
f) Bid would close on 17th May 2023 12:30pm. Bids received after that time would not be valid.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS.
Prospective bidders that wish to express their interest and participate in the bidding process should register in UNGM (United Nations general Market) at the basic level www.ungm.org. account/registration and thereafter, a detailed set of pre- qualification documents (Supplier Profile Form) may be downloaded from www.unicef.org and filled by interested vendors.
