EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ VET-Toolbox”, financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, would like to procure “Riders safety helmets and reflective jackets with pockets” with the following but not limited specification:
• Lot 1: 200 units of Rider’s Safety helmets. DOT certified. This means helmet has passed the FMVSS 218 safety standards.
• Lot 2: 200 units of reflective jackets with pockets including branding and delivery.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country office with the following:
a. An Official letter expressing interest.
b. Concise company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area.
d. Bank introductory letter,
e. Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating (minimum) average turnover per year (as applicable) for:
Lot i: 11,500, 000 naira
Lot ii: 2, 400, 000
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of helmet and reflective jackets) with values that add up to minimum of:
a. Lot i: 11,500, 000 naira
b. Lot ii: 2, 400, 000 naira
For consideration for the tender, all interested consultants should submit the aforementioned documents either as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja labeled
“Expression of Interest 91171453”
Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated no later than Wednesday Thursday 13th April by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
