SPECIFICATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

B. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION

Bids must be received by 6th March 2023 at 17:00 (5pm) WAT. Bids submitted after the deadline will NOT be accepted.
Questions must be sent by email to [email protected] while the following bid reference in the subject:” MC-NG-SMC-ABJ-2023-003-VISIBILITY –Question”.
All questions must be sent in latest by Monday 27th February 2023 at 5 pm.
