SELECTION OF A CONSULTANT TO CONDUCT PUBLIC- PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURING STUDIES AND PROVIDING TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES FOR THE ABIDJAN –LAGOS CORRIDOR HIGHWAY PROJECT
1. The ECOWAS COMMISSION has received a Grant from the African Development Bank and the European Union, to cover the cost of studies on the Abidjan-Lagos Corridor Highway Project and intends to use part of the grant amount to finance the service contract of consultants responsible for conducting the Public- PrivatePartnership (PPP) Structuring Studies and Providing Transaction Advisory Services for the Abidjan –Lagos Corridor Highway Project.
