EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “SEPIN project” financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany is looking for qualified companies for the supply and installation of billboards in different LGAs in Adamawa States, with the following specifications.
• 2, 10 FEET “20 FEET BILLBOARDS PER LGA FOR 5 LGAS IN ADAMAWA STATE, FOR A TOOL OF 10 BILLBOARDS. EACH OF THESE BILLBOARDS IS DOUBLE-SIDED WITH DIFFERENT DESIGNS ON BOTH SIDES.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders are invited to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing their interest to supply and install billboards
b. A brief company profile clearly showing an address for an office/shop or workshop with staff within the region
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), clearly indicating relevant business area.
d. Bank Reference letter
e. Proof of successful completion of similar projects within Northern Nigeria which adds up to minimum value of 9,000.00 naira (projects should be within the last 5 years). Only third-party evidence will be considered (contract, LPO’s PO’s contract award letters, certificates of completion with contract details clearly spelt out etc) not list of similar jobs
f. Tax Clearance certificate of the last three (3) years indicating minimum average turnover of NGN 9,000,000 in the year 2018, 2019 and 2021 or more recent
For consideration, all interested bidder should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:

Your complete documents should not be more than 15 pages. Only complete document received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday, 5th January, 2023 by 5pm will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offer, kindly note that complete tender documents would ONLY be sent to qualified firms that express their interest.
