INVITATION TO TENDER
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights and provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.
NRC has been operating in Nigeria since late 2015 providing assistance with Emergency shelter, livelihoods and food security, Water, sanitation and hygiene sectors, information and Legal counseling, Camp Management and Education.
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) invites bids from competent service providers in Nigeria for the following services:

All applications/proposals are accepted in English, must duly completed and submitted via [email protected]
Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for loss, late delivery and non-delivery, whatsoever.
NRC reserves the right to select/reject any bids, in parts or full, as it may deem necessary. No liability or claim in that respect would be admissible or entertained whatsoever.

Please note one can submit questions until 06th December, 2022 midnight (Nigeria Time).
All questions will be collected, and the Responses posted at the NRC website https://www.nrc.no/procurement/ by 07th December 2022.
The application should be title: “Growing Peaceful Future Evaluation Consultancy” in the e-mail subject.
The deadline for submission is 11th December, 2022 at midnight (Nigeria Time). Failure to meet the closing date will result in the bid being rejected. Only short-listed/successful candidates will be contacted.
