Proposals are to be submitted as stated in the bid documents. Offers must be dispatched to the address specified on the ITB, not later than 23 November 2022, 10:00 hours, (Abuja/Nigeria) Time.
Issuance of this ITB does not in any way constitute a commitment by WHO to award a contract. WHO reserves the right to vary any part of this ITB at any time if it becomes necessary.
