Norwegian Church Aid is launching a “Local Open Tenders: and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s).
- Solarization using Deka Battery/Load capacity of 30 or 40 KVA
- Solarization using Lithium Battery/Load capacity of 30 or 40KVA
SCOPE OF SERVICE
1.The contractor shall upon approval by authorize signatures of contract shall procure, deliver, and install 30 or 40 KVA Solar Capacity as its Guesthouse Maiduguri.
2.Procured equipment shall be approved by NCA technical staff. These items are subjected to be rejected if the quantity of materials is beyond standard, as we as materials subjected to be rejected if the quality of materials is beyond standard which a quality check approval form/delivery note will be signed by the technical staff. All materials shall be approved by NCA technical representative only.
3.The contractor shall strictly follow the technical specification, load capacity and BoQ requested/submitted and attached on the contract documents
4.No variations will be accepted. In case of any foreseen variations, the supervisor will report to WASH/Operations Manager in writing just juystifications, its implication in cost and time prior to executing the additional supply.
5.All offers in English Language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 12:00 hrs, 18th November 2022. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender/visit to the Guesthouse premises should send them in writing (email) by 12:00 hrs 14th November 2022.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Proof of company registration and licence to operate in Nigeria (CAC & SCUML certificate)
- Valid and updated functional company tax identification number, TIN
- Physical presence & functional office/store within Nigeria,
- Experience in similar activities in the past especially with I/NGOs or any cooperate body (Minimum of 2 year)
- Must be a limited liability company
6. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representatives can be present at the opening of tenders.
7. Tender documents will be available from 02/11/2022 to 18/11/2022 at 12:00 hrs. Interested tenderers may obtain the tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below.
