EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ-SKYE” financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, would like procure “PLUMBING EQUIPMENT” with the following but not limited specification.
| Lot 1 | Plumbing Machine, Plumbing testing bucket, concrete cutting machine, electrical drilling machine, water heater, heating machine, dicing machine, wall chaser. Spirit level, digital measuring tape, drilling machine |
| Lot 2 | Jacuzzi, shower cubicle, wash hand basin, sledge, hammer, saw blade and frame, chisel, concrete punch, tube cutter, files, adjustable plier, water pump plier, plunger, cane rod, water closet, stilson, wrench, set of screwdrivers (6pcs), abrasive files, PVC pipe cutter, hacksaw, pipe wrench, close couple water closet, silicon gun. |
Accordingly, interested Bidders are invited to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
- An official letter expressing their interest.
- Concise company profile
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area.
- Bank Introductory letter
- Tax Clearance certificate of the last three (3) years indicating minimum average turnover per year (as applicable) for:
- Lot 1- 10,800,000 naira
- Lot 2 – 34,000,000naira
- Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of plumbing equipment with values that add up to minimum of
- Lot 1- 10,800,000 naira
- Lot 2 – 34,000,000naira
Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
For consideration, all interested bidder should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:
“Expression of Interest 91166321”
Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages.
Only complete document received at the physical address indicated not later than Wednesday 16th November 2022 by 5pm will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offer, kindly note that complete tender documents would ONLY be sent to qualified firms that express their interest.
