The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ SKYE”, Co-financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and DEZA, would like to procure “SOLAR INVERTERS AND COMPACT SOLAR INVERTER ACCESSORIES” with the following but not limited specification:
• Lot 1: 3 Units of 10KVA Solar Inverter Systems
• Lot 2: Compact Solar Inverter accessories: 40 Turbo Chargers, 80-60w Solar Panels, 240 USB Splitters, 2,000 Power Bank, 240 DC Meters, 80-12 v Y-Distributors, 80 USB Fans, 4,000 USB LED light, 120 Light bulbs
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest
b. Concise Company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT.
d. Bank Introductory Letter
e. Evidence of experience of previous similar jobs (Supply and delivery of solar inverters/accessories with values that add up to minimum of NGN 42,000.00 naira per evidence. Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs.
f. Tax Clearance certificate of the last three years indicating minimum turnover of NGN42, 000,000 .00 in year 2018, 2019 and 2020 or more recent.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja labeled:
“Expression of Interest 91165360”
Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Monday 12th September 2022 by 5 pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
