The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “Integrated Approach to Climate Change in Rice Production System in Nigeria-GAIE NG-InACC Programme” financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of German and the European Union, is looking for qualified companies for the Printing of the following GAP & FBS Manuals and Materials:

• 12,000 copies of GAP Manuals
• 12,000 copies of InACC 60 leaves customized exercise books
• 12,000 copies of FBS ID Sheets
• 12,000 copies of SRP ID Sheets
• 12,000 copies of FBS Workbooks

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

a. An official letter expressing their interest to print
b. A brief Company profile clearly showing an address for an office/shop or workshop, functional email, and telephone number(s).
c. Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) – copy of CAC Certificate and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area.
d. Evidence of being financially capable to finance such tender by an original Introductory Letter.
e. Evidence of experience with previous jobs (Delivery of printing jobs with minimum value of 29,000,000.00 in the year 2018, 2019 and 2020 (or more recent).
f. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating minimum average turnover of NGN 29,000,000.00 in the year 2018, 2019 and 2020 (or more recent)

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a hardcopy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:
“Expression of Interest 91164368”

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Wednesday 3rd August 2022 by 5pm will be accepted and considered.

The shortlist for the successful bidders will be separated based on expressed lots.
