Rhema Care Integrated Development Centre (RIDEC) is a registered faith-based, not-for-profit non-governmental organization based in Port Harcourt with offices in Cross Rivers.
Rhema Care is currently implementing the strengthening community response for refugees in Nigeria (SCRIN Project) in partnership with Malteser International funded by GFFO targeted at Cameroonian Refugees in Taraba State and Cross River State. The Procurement Committee of the project hereby calls for offer from qualified and experienced vendors who can work in a hard-to-reach areas in Taraba State and Cross river state to bid for the following.
