Detailed Scope of Work & Implementation Plan

The appointed consultant shall liaise directly with regional stakeholders to establish structured monitoring protocols, baseline parameters, and risk assessment registries across Northern agricultural hubs.

Phase 1 encompasses rigorous site validation, stakeholder sensitization, and technical feasibility documentation according to international compliance frameworks.

Phase 2 requires drafting bankable documentation, financial modeling, and hosting formal validation workshops with ministry delegates and international financiers.

Complete certified corporate registration, 3 years audited financial records, tax clearance certificate, verifiable proof of past performance in similar assignments.
